On August 20th 2012, this cloud formation appeared in the sky. The following Day the news story broke of the upcoming planned slaughter of dolphins by the Japanese which is slated to start September 1st, 2012. Here you can see the unique combination of a man's head (to denote that it is man's idea) and face- Here the face has the look of death. On top of his head is the dolphin formation.
