Indiana State Fair Officials were looking into whether changes needed to be made to safety procedures after two accidents occurred one involving a 4 year old little girl who had run away from her mother and was struck by a truck. Just days before an accident occurred when a horse drawn stage coach overturned. The mother and child and the horse can be seen in the clouds. The accident occurred Thursday August 16th, 2012, the same day this photo was taken.

In the lower portion of the clouds in a cartoon type outline a man who looks like an Indian with another man stand as he holds what appears to be a heart shaped bomb with a fuse. The man holding the bomb has what appears to be a hat on like workers often do. That day In Buffalo county in Appalachain area of Pennsylvania a pipe bomb was found on the gas line.
